Motorcycle travel, looking the Caribbean Sea.

Last January, one day I was in my house in the morning. I had vacations for two weeks before.  But this day, I don’t how or why; I had a something strange impulse. I don’t want to be anymore there in my house and in Medellin either.  I wanted to get out to somewhere, any place far to these from mountains, that they which are beautiful, but I wanted something different to from this, I wanted to see the sea.

I was visited in the Caribbean Sea many times before,. even once I once made a big travel on my motorcycle by to many places, such as  to the Caribe Caribean like Coveñas, Santa Marta, Barranquilla, Cartagena and Mompox.  This town is the most interesting of all.(which town ?)  It was ones a of the most (most what?) experiences in my motorcycle`s life. I’ve been driving since of the 1995. First I had a “motoneta”, for 11 years. After Later I had changed for it to others and now I have a motorcycle Honda 150, I like’t, I´ve dreamed with make making other travels to the south of Colombia o South America but this didn’t hasn't been possible, because the war in Colombia didn’t allowed.(is this past or now?) Instead, every that I have to travel; I’ve enjoyed every moment of my experiences.  (???)

That’s why I decided to take my motorcycle and get out of this city looking for the Caribbean or whatever witch had sun, beach and hot weather.  I didn’t think   so much and I picked up my suitcase, my motocyrcle and I starded my trip. It´s was very speciall, because only I did’t and that was ok.(??) It was 5 days. The first day a went out very late for mi house, and I arrived until Caucasia, but this night I found some friends and we drunk some beers and we toulk a couple of hours in La ceiba square, near to my hotel. Next day a continued my trip until Montería, There I have another friend and with him we walked for the “malecón” in the sinú river, it’s very beutifull public space. This afternoon I went out to Coveñas and the next day to Tolú. With my transport (?)  I’ve can moved whereever. I had 3 days of beach and sun, very espectacular and quiets silence. I had a real rest, thanks to my motorcycle!!!

Let me tell you I has was been loosed in a hill for more that 12 hours. A Few years ago my father, my brother, me and I  with other six other people went for a walk to at the Romero hill, the idea was to find the way that binds (?) La Estrella with Angelopolis, for made an ecologic road by my father´s company.(?)

We stared to around 8 am, we had many thing  for eat, but we not didn't wanted to carry much weight so we stared to eat and drink,  ours ago (?)  arrived to one place like a X, we were in the middle of 4 different ways, one for were we arrived and three more.(?)

In the group suppously was a guide and he was very sure and said that has had the to take the right way, and was like that, but he erred (?) and 2 hours after later the way we reach a dead ended, we found a beautiful fall. So we have had to return at to the center of the X and we took the same way that we were was in, which was  the in front of us. because “this was the correct way”. We took our  lunch and stared to walk again. Around 3 hours after  later we had climbed a new mountain, but  in on the top it was impossible to found find the continuity (?) of this way, so we return again, again  at the center of the X. so we took the last way but  not for find the way from la Estrella now it was for found find the way to Angelopolis again.

When we were in the center for last time, was  I said that we should take the way for were we had arrived but nobody heard listen to me and took the last previous way. In  At this moment it was around 6:30 pm and now we had no water, we continued walking and walking  until that I we said NO MORE  we (my brother and I) can´t continue, we were crying  my feet don´t didn't do that what  I said ask of them , it was the a chaos and with the everybody stared to call to somebody  asking for help.  Finally At the end around 12 or 1 am arrived la the civil defense or some like that and helps us arrived but it not wasn't all we had to walk 4 hours more  just for to arrive to were our was the car was park. I can assure you it was traumatic, I arrived to my house around 6 am!

Since that I´ve been thinking about that experience and each time I walk I feel scare and I don´t want to get lost again.

I'm going to talk about an experience in 2008

Always I’ve thought that the trips are the best experiences of my life. Since I was child I enjoyed go out of the city and to know new places, new streets, new people, new traditions, new flavors...

When I was teenager, I started to see the countries of Latin America as my prefered places for to visit, then of I began the university and until now I’ve been sure that this continent have many cultural treasures. I think that my profession and my interest for to travel are dependent. In 2008 I went to México to International Ecohealth Forum 2008, where I talked about my poster: "The Epidemic Influence of 1918 in Medellín".

I looked newspapers from beginning of the 20th century, El Colombiano newspaper and El Correo Liberal newspaper. I enjoyed the alarming news about the arrival of influence in Medellin, which was just small town. Drugstores and candy companies promised to cure the epidemic with its products!!

The International Ecohealth Forum 2008 happened in Merida city, Yucatan Peninsula, in the Maya land. So, I took advantage and knew some Mayan ruins as Uxmal and Chichén Itzá. Since several years I’ve been interested in indigenous cultures and I’ve thought that they haven’t been very valued for many Latin American people.

Hi class! This is my mini project and I talk about of my experience in American embassy.

                                              

Since child, I dream with to visit the unites states because in this country live many member of my family, in special my godmother and my godfather.

This picture is unreal, because I have tried to get the visa in different occasions, but this has been impossible.

My first time in the embassy was in 2000, I was interview with my mom and my brother, but the consul not considered that we can have visa.

The second time, I have gone, I went with my boyfriend in  2008, We planed visited Orlando, L.A and Nueva York, but in that one occasion, We also didn't have luck, and the consul said NOT.

And the last time I went with my boyfriend again but in this time We went for apply to another visa, student visa, I had paid my school in this country and guess……not, not received my visa, why? I don’t know

But now I haven’t liked the visa, because for this Christmas, all my family will come back, include my godmother that I have not seen for 12 years and my cousin that I have not seen for 12 years.

MY GRADUATION DAY

Hello!

I am Ana Pianeta and I'll talk about my experience when received my diploma.

Since one year, I am graphic designer. I studied at Pontificia Bolivariana University.

The ceremony was at 2 p.m... I went with my father, my mother and my sister. 

We arrived by taxi to the UPB. I was a gray dress and black high heels. 

When I got off of the taxi, the wind was strong and my dress got up. Immediately my face turned red. That is one embarrassing moments I have felt in my life.

We walked towards the auditorium and I took photography with my family and my friends.

The ceremony began at 3:p.m, my family sat down in auditorium chairs and my friends and I waited of the signal to walk for half of auditorium. During the ceremony, I felt nervous and anxious and my family had happy face. My best friend and I waited the better moment of our life. We have received our diploma.

Now, I have been working in my profession, I want to create a company of Caribbean design. Sometimes I work like freelance, I have found people who appreciate your work and others believe that it is easy. I don't worry. I have decided taking relaxed life though I am impatient person.

hello Class! a few years ago I had a good experience with my friends.
I have been travel to Rio Claro Antioquia this was really great, because we had many activities like extreme sports and aventure.
My friends and I were doing boating swimimg and camping in the river, also we were eating fish in wood stove... there are many beautiful landscapes
also many mountains exotic animals and marble caves.
this was completely extreme and incredibly different because everything was new to me and I have always wanted do that.
after that we always have been visiting the same place in many times.
Because this a perfect place for relax and share with our friends.

My trip to Peru

Hi everybody, in october of 2009, I traveled to Peru for an encounter of latin american students of Architecture (ELEA in spanish), the event was celebrated in the city of Trujillo, in the north of Peru.


I was in that time in the university, coursing the 9th semester and the opportunity to travel there was unique, I have never been abroad, always in my country so I always wanted to go outside and that event was the perfect excuse for do it. Was october 2 when the great day came and the beninning was not so easy because the previous night I had be working doing a job for a subject of my class, I didn't sleep but I could finish the task and then get ready to FLY

The event was programmed and directed by academical people, so in my case I was accopanied by other students of my school too, they were very kind and now we are good friends. The flight was very comfortable with no problems, first we left Medellín to Bogota and later we moved to Lima, the flight just lasted two and a half hour

Our arrive to the airport was fine, and as a good foreigner I took photos to everything, the course between Callao and Lima only took 25 min, and later we stayed in a hostel full of other foreigners (especially americans) in the whealthy municipality of Miraflores. Miraflores is actually a big neighborhood where rich people of Lima from upper middle and high class live  and that place was beautiful, they have a wonderful sight of the ocean

The other day we went to Lima's downtown before our travel to Trujillo, our  surprise was shocking because we weren't accustomed to see a big city with a really beautiful  architecture from  18th to 19th centuries and they were well conserved structures, they have beautiful gardens, nice plazas and streets, we visited the National Palace, the  Armas Plaza and San Martin Plaza, after that we had our lunch in a "rasta restaurant" eating ceviche and other delicious peruvian dishes, in the afternoon we came back to Miraflores for a walk in the bay, the landscape was beautiful but the weather was hard, very cold, so we just walked and enjoyed the view. At night we went to the bus terminal for travel to our academic encounter.

Mi short history in the Police

Hi guys! I’m going to tell you about my experience in a selection process to work for the “Policía Nacional”.

Two years ago, when I was recently graduated from the university and I didn´t obtain a employment yet, an government institution called “Policía Nacional” published an official announcement in which they were needing Entreprises Management as Official´s Police. When I was child I wanted be a police but then I changed my opinion, however I decided apply.

I have applied in some selection process, but the selection process to be an Official´s Police, resulted very expensive and laborious. First I should have passed some test:

 

1. Medical exams.

• Blood  and urine exam
• Pregnancy test
• Cytology
• VIH test
• X-ray of thorax and back
• Electroencephalogram
• Ophthalmological and optometric examination
• Otorhinolaryngological exam

And another exams that I don´t remember.

2. Dental review (I couldn´t have treatment of orthodontics)

3. Valuation functional and morphological: Physical test. 

• Mile´s test
• Swimming
• Resistance

 4. Aptitude test

5. Domiciliary visit. Social and familiar valuation

6. Safety study 

If I will pass the process I should do a course to be an Official.

I have practiced for some months, even I was on swimming classes to learn the styles: backstroke, breaststroke and free. I got up very early all mornings to jog and I went to the gym, something that I never have done before. However, I never presented this test because I didn´t pass (I don´t know if it was for the Medical exams, the dental review or the Domiciliary visit). 

I was in the process near of three months and I have spent more or less $600.000. Really, it was an amazing experience although I didn´t passed.

I never knew why I didn´t passed because at these moment I started to work in bon-bonite and I couldn´t attend the appointment in which they were going to explain me. Now I have been working in bon-bonite for two years exactly.

my dreams

hi everyone.
i'm going to talk about the dreams that i've had in my mind.
when i was i child i dreamed being a great singer.it has been my frustrated dream from a long time ago,
and i was in a band and i had a beautiful voice,but i didn't have time to continue so i had to stop,right now

i'm not sure about my voice,because i haven't practiced more.

when i was a teenager,i dreamed being an important and pretty rich actor,but i realised it's not for me,

because always i've been a shy person, and the actors have an amazing personality.

so right now i dream to learn perfectly english and to be an important international bussines man.that's it

hello everybody here i'm goin to share my travel experiences


I have to start telling you  what is travel to me
for me travel is one of the most exciting experiences that you can live
when i was young i used to travel with my family and  i have all kind of good memories of those travels
but  when i got older i start to travel by myself
i remember one of the firsts travel without my family. just me and a bunch of friends of the school.
we went to trigana.

in trigana we used to go everywhere interesting  for us like the reserva, el pozo del rey  and other places besides obviously the sea in the nigts we used to go to a little places to  hear a band singing rugue music just in front of the sea and watch the stars with a glass of some kind of alcoholic drink  that was a wonderful travel because i love the sea besides of that we make us tattos of jagua each other.










and lets talk abaut my last travel with my cousin we went to jardin
it was just a weekend but we try to do the most exciting things and definitely the most exiting ting in jardin is the waterfalls of shinning  you have to travel on horse
around a hour but it worth it  because the image is awesome besides the town is really pretty and the people is truly kind

NEVADO DEL RUIZ- our mini project

Hi guys: a few days ago I have been travel to Nevado Del Ruiz in Manizales, I went with some friends, my sister and my boyfriend. In the road to Manizales, we stopped in a place called "la curva de las cabras" in this place we were eating goat cheese with basil, is really delicious.

 

When we arrived to Manizales we went a good restaurant and we were knowing the city, Manizales is very cold, but you should not use a sweater when you want to hiking the Nevado. Then we had a good breakfast in small house near Nevado. We started up, in different parts in the road there are many guides, they give you some recommendations about you stay in the Nevado Del Ruiz.

When you starts up you should eat salt peanut, drink water and use sunglasses

 

In the Nevado we have seen the Andean condor, is amazing. The Andean condor can measure until 3 meters with their wings stretching out.

In this travel I have done many things like walk in the snow, I have done a snowman and we were running around all parts.

My friend Kelly suffered a dizziness because us were to 4500masn and she don’t resisted it

My experience in this trip was amazing, I have been to snow and I have done new friends. Colombia has many beautiful places, but this place is terrific.

COMFAMA PARK (ARVÍ)

Hello everybody!!!!!

2 weeks ago my cousin, my sister law, my girlfriend and me went to Comfama Park (Arví park) in Santa Elena. It´s a great place!!!!

In this place we could see a lot of kind of flowers and there are many guides that take you hiking. They also explain us the different activities that we can do and enjoy, for example watch movies in 4D, riding in giant swings, climbing among the trees and a lot of other things.

You can make your own food in this place or buying it there  . I recommend arrive very early so that you can enjoy of this beautiful place. Moreover, I recommend arrive there with your family, because is a way to enjoy together in a healthy environment, away from the pollution and noise of the city.

When my son born

When my son born was the happiest day of my life, I was not sure if I will be a good father, but when I saw his little face, I knew that this child would be my life

The time run, and my child founded a new sport to practice, for him was the best of the world, I felt like a dumb, and now yet I fell that I a very dumb person when I am with he:

Is beatiful; don´t you???

So He grew up, and was necessary that my child have a name, I had think it so much, but I decided, his name will be Juan sebastian

The time happend, and Juan Sebastian decided that He converted a superhero

and a like good superhero he needs his reward.....ICE CREAM!!!!!
